Welcome to Desi Reads! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and DESI READS, operated by Aarav Varma ("Desi Reads," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.desireads.com website (the "Site") and any related services, including the purchase and download of our digital product bundles.

By accessing the Site or purchasing the Desi Reads All-in-One E-book & Audiobook Package (the "Product"), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Contact Information

• Agreement: These Terms form a legal contract. Your use of the Site and purchase of our Product confirms your agreement to these Terms.

2. Digital License & Intellectual Property (The Core Agreement)

The Desi Reads All-in-One E-book & Audiobook Package grants you access to a curated library of over 100 premium e-books and audiobooks, a collection valued at over $2,000 USD. Your purchase grants you a specific, limited license:

• Personal Use License: Your payment provides you with a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your personal, private, and non-commercial use only. You may download and access the Product files (original PDF e-books and premium audiobooks) on multiple personal devices for your own reading and listening enjoyment.

• Copyright & Ownership: All content within the Product, including the e-books, audiobooks, and the Site's design, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of Desi Reads or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

• Prohibited Redistribution: You acknowledge that the value of the Product lies in its exclusive, compiled format. Therefore, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Reselling, redistributing, lending, leasing, or transferring any part of the Product (e-books, audiobooks, or download links) to any third party.

  • Uploading, posting, or making available any part of the Product on public websites, file-sharing platforms, social media, or any other online medium without our express written consent.

  • Creating derivative works from any part of the Product.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Digital Goods Policy: Due to the nature of the Desi Reads Product being a full, instantly delivered digital download that grants immediate, permanent access to extensive intellectual property, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once the purchase is complete and the download link has been successfully delivered to your email address.

• Technical Failure Exception: A refund will only be considered and issued if you experience a technical failure that genuinely prevents you from accessing the Product files, and our support team at support@desireads.com is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (typically 2-72 hours) after receiving detailed evidence from you. All refund requests based on technical issues must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

• Order Cancellation: As Product delivery is automated and instantaneous upon payment confirmation, orders cannot be canceled once the payment process has been finalized.

4. Financial & Educational Disclaimer

The Desi Reads package includes books on finance, personal development, business, and other self-help topics. While these resources are highly valuable, it is crucial to understand:

It is not intended as, and should not be construed as, professional financial, investment, legal, medical, or any other professional advice. • No Guarantees: Desi Reads makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the information contained within the Product, nor does it guarantee any specific results, earnings, or outcomes from applying the principles discussed in the books. Your success depends on your individual effort, specific circumstances, and market conditions.

5. Prohibited Activities & Termination

You agree not to use the Site or Product for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Violation of any part of these Terms, particularly those related to intellectual property and prohibited redistribution, may result in:

• Immediate termination of your access to the Product and the Site without notice or refund.

• Legal action to recover damages caused by your breach.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis: The Site and Product are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Desi Reads makes no warranties that the Site or Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Desi Reads (including its operator, Aarav Varma) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or Product; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (c) any content obtained from the Site or Product.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Product after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
